Which configurations can I buy?
You can choose the Core on its own at —, a single Shield at — or the indivisible Core + Shield bundle at —. Prices include VAT; shipping is added based on the destination.
Can I add more Shields to the bundle?
Yes. The bundle always includes one Core and one Shield and cannot be split. You can add as many extra Shields as you like, in different models, at — each.
How does payment work?
Our server prepares your order and takes you to secure Stripe Checkout with products, Shields, quantities and shipping already summarised. No payment data is stored on this site. Businesses can enter their VAT number and, for Italy, their SDI code or PEC to receive an electronic invoice.
When will my Tiboo ship?
Every Tiboo is 3D printed to order and ships within 5–7 business days with Poste Italiane. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Italy 1–3 business days, EU 3–7, outside the EU 5–15 (customs may add time). Custom Shields take 7–10 business days after you approve the design.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your expense; we refund the products and the original standard shipping after receiving and checking the returned item. Custom Shields are excluded. All details are in the Terms of Sale.
How does the Custom Shield work?
Choose the Custom Shield and complete your payment: we'll email you to collect your idea, send you a proposal and start production only after your approval. If we don't hear from you within 30 days, we refund the Custom Shield. Custom Shields are made to order and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
Who pays duties outside the EU?
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the buyer and may be requested by the carrier on delivery.
Can I talk to Tiboo or ask it questions?
No. Tiboo is not a conversational assistant: it doesn't take questions or generate answers. Its job is to show your token limits on its screen and alert you with a sound.
